Processed potato cakes is adapted from the Netherlands frijkadel specialties. If the recipe originally more use minced meat than potatoes, meatball recipe in Indonesia just the opposite, the use of potato larger portion than minced meat. Materials
Material:

     500 g medium-sized potatoes, washed, steamed until cooked
     2 eggs, beaten off
     150 grams of minced beef
     2 leeks, finely sliced
     The oil for frying

Ground spices:

     3 cloves garlic
     6 red onions
     1 tbsp pepper
     1 tablespoon salt

How to make
  1.  Prepare a container, steamed potato puree. Mix with ground spices and mincemeat.
  2.  Enter the leeks, and stir again until well blended.
  3.  Form the dough into a flat circle. Dip into chicken eggs that have been shaken loose.
  4.  Fry until golden cokelar. Serve immediately.
